    Privacy & data security

How we protect your practice's information during an audit, and what happens to the details you share on this website.

    Confidentiality agreements

Before an engagement begins we sign a non-disclosure agreement with your practice, and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where the work makes one appropriate under HIPAA.

We don't need to view patient records

Our audits examine controls — configurations, policies, access settings, backups, logging and workflows. We do not need to open or copy protected health information (PHI) to do that. If PHI is incidentally visible during a walkthrough, we do not record it.

How website form data is handled

When you submit a contact, guide download or readiness self-check form, the details you enter (such as name, email, phone, practice name and message or answers) are delivered to our inbox through the Web3Forms form service so we can reply. We use it only to respond to you and discuss our services. We do not sell it. Please don't include patient information in any form.

    Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited. We send only non-identifying events (for example, that a form was submitted) — never the names, emails, phone numbers or messages you type into forms.

    Questions or removal requests
